Cycling Scotland conference

Cycling Scotland are holding their with two days of study tours, events, workshops and top speakers.

The conference will bring together over 200 professionals, campaigners, volunteers and national and local politicians to share experiences, learn from each other and network to help support cycling in Scotland and beyond.

The first day (30th October) will feature:

  • Study tours, side meetings and lots of cycling opportunities in and around Glasgow, looking at getting more people of all ages and abilities cycling more often
  • Evening Civic Reception in the stunning surroundings of Glasgow City Chambers

The second day (31st October) will feature:

  • Humza Yousaf MSP , Minister for Transport and Islands
  • Kären Haley, Executive Director of Indianapolis Cultural Trail Inc
  • A discussion chaired by BBC Sports presenter Rhona McLeod
  • Interactive and informative seminars and workshops
  • Exhibition featuring the latest developments in cycling
