REC Committee — Call for Evidence on post legislative scrutinyDeadline 30 April 2018
The Parliament’s Rural Economy and Connectivity Committee has launched a call for evidence on the scrutiny of legislation introduced through the Scottish Parliament.
This will allow the Committee to look back and investigate whether established pieces of legislation within its remit are working effectively for the people of Scotland.
The Committee welcomes suggestions for Acts which would benefit from an assessment to see if they are delivering their stated policy intentions. These Acts must have been passed in parliamentary sessions 1 – 3, and fall under the Committee’s current remit (e.g. transport, rural economy, connectivity).
The deadline for submissions is 30 April.
