East Renfrewshire Council — “East Ren Decides: Roads”

Deadline 09 September 2017

East Renfrewshire Council is putting the power to decide which roads are repaired in the hands of local residents.

The Council are spending £5m on roads and footways in 2017/18. This year the Council have set aside money specifically for residential roads that otherwise wouldn’t have been resurfaced. They want to spend £600,000 to repair roads and footways, and want local residents to decide where the money is spent.

The Council has identified a number of roads across the Local Authority area which need attention. Small blocks of funding are available for multiple areas.

The poll is open until 8 September.
